How to cure and treatment of stroke

Therapeutic treatment of stroke and stroke naturally

Add caption
strokeStroke therapy is a disorder of blood vessels in the brain, or brain disorder caused by impaired blood supply to the brain, a person who has had a stroke is stroke therapies need to do to expedite the return of blood flow to the brain.
Some of the signs and symptoms of stroke onset, namely:
A. While symptoms
    * Headache sudden, dizzy, confused.
    * Blurred vision or loss of sharpness of vision in one eye or two.
    * Loss of balance (dizziness), weak.
    * Pain or tingling in the immune body.
2. Mild symptoms
    * Have some or all of the symptoms of a stroke while
    * Weakness / paralysis of the hands / feet
    * Talk is not clear
3. Weight symptoms
    * Have some or all of these symptoms and a mild stroke while
    * Short-term coma (loss of consciousness)
    * Weakness / paralysis of the hands / feet
    * Talk is not clear / loss of speech
    * It is hard to swallow
    * Loss of control over the expenditure of urine and feces
    * Loss of memory and concentration
    * There is a change of behavior such as erratic speech, irritability, childlike behavior, and so on
Stroke or Stroke Prevention Therapy Natural

A. Balanced diet
Avoid foods that are too sweet as it can raise blood sugar levels, which means high risk for patients with diabetes mellitus. Likewise, the uncontrolled consumption of salt. Foods that are sour / acid needs to watch out because it can increase the acidity in the blood. More blood will be more viscous. If blood is thicker then the disturbed flow in blood vessels at risk for stroke. (First stroke therapy)
2. Regular exercise
Function of exercise in preventing stroke are:
    * Burn fat that can lower cholesterol, blood stopper
    * Improve the performance and power of the heart that pumps blood to the brain running smoothly
    * Gestures to launch a balanced supply of blood to all organs
    * Throw away the impurities of the body through sweat
    * KKE stroke therapy three
3. Get plenty of rest
At rest, a lot of positive things going on in our bodies. Nerves are relaxed, repair damaged cells, giving a break to some organ of the body, the detoxification process (eliminate toxins) and others. Occur during sleep recovery processes are useful to control the condition of a person in its original state. That way, the condition of the body that initially experienced fatigue will be refreshed. If this process is inhibited, the body organs can not work optimally. As a result, less people will get tired and sleep decreased concentration. (Natural stroke therapy to three)
Treatment of stroke or stroke therapy with gamat
The cause of stroke is partly because:
    * High blood pressure
    * High blood sugar
    * High cholesterol
       Naturally or therapeutic treatment of stroke can be done by eating jelly gamat gold, as we all know the content and benefits gamat jelly-g gold is very good for lowering high blood pressure, lower cholesterol and treat heart disease so that the jelly gamat kosumsi natural remedy can be helpful to stroke to be healthy again. Where the real story as follows:
       Thirty days Rudiyan Lis body was lying in the intensive care unit (ICU) of a large hospital in Semarang, Central Java. He was comatose. Stroke hemorrhage due to hypertension-blood pressure of 200/120 mmHg, forcing women 42 years and 1.5 months of hospitalization. Once the hand is able to move, Lis was transferred from the ICU to the ward. In his sister's room, quietly giving ekstak cucumbers with gastric tube, a tube inserted into a sort of nostril and into the stomach. His younger brother, Ade Nurmaya, who happens to doctors knew very well the risk of bleeding strokes.

Bleeding stroke patients likely to live only 5%, says Dr. Ade Nurmaya who practice in Getasan, Quezon City, approximately 1.5 hours drive from Semarang. Unbeknownst to the treating physician, Ade gives extracts of sea cucumbers 1 tablespoon 3 times daily to the Lis. Extracts were routinely given an hour before meals. Why give Ade Nurmaya extract of sea cucumber? Do not let the brother recovered, but the thought down. Paralyzed by a stroke can be cured. However, if the memory is corrupted hard restored. I also wanted to prove what is true of sea cucumbers could be used as a stroke therapy, such as written Trubus? 38 year-old woman said.
         In the March 2006 issue of the magazine you are writing the efficacy of sea cucumbers, among other things to cure stroke using gamat sroke therapy. A few weeks after being given a sea cucumber extract, Lis sober. Extended family happiness bubbling. Even more encouraging his memory as before, not diminished one bit. Ever bezuk friend, an employee of PT Taspen Semarang remember exactly leave the rest. His speech is good, the doctor said that Diponegoro University alumnus.
         Poster prove it when speaking directly with Lis Rudiyan. In fact, bleeding occurs in the cerebrospinal (space in the middle of the brain) and settles virtually all brain stem as experienced by the deceased Sukma Ayu. Extract of sea cucumber is good for stroke therapy. For patients with stroke, brain hemorrhage urged sideways so that the network is damaged, he said. Proteins contained cucumbers grow new cells to regenerate brain tissue to die and so the memory can function properly.

        Two days of stroke therapy by drinking sea cucumbers in Malaysia gamat designations, sleep soundly. People with high blood pressure often dizzy and have trouble sleeping. Her body was re-energized and the original organ that can not be moved, back to work. Even 4 days later he was able to walk normally. Then, the man with thick glasses was checked by a doctor on the amendment itself. The results were startling. Blood sugar dropped to 125 mg / dl from 311 mg / dl, after a month of regular consumption of sea cucumber. Blood pressure returned to normal 130/80 mmHg.Terapi correct stroke with just a gamat.
       Which is also free from suffering a prolonged illness is Mosis Nurahman in Bandung, West Java. From birth he suffered from asthma. That was known when she was 15 days. Small Mosis often cough in a loud voice without removing phlegm. When the age of 6 months he experienced high fever accompanied by shortness of napas.Kata mother, like a cat, said the man was 13 years. Up to 11 years old, he underwent routine hospital care.
       When the age of 12 years, starting Mosis mengasup gamat 3 times a day each 1 tablespoon of the recommended his mother. Changes seen a week later, Mosis able to take a cold shower. People with asthma often difficult to breathe because of chest tightness accompanied by swelling of the tonsils when cold. During the year gamat consume, the healthier the body condition Mosis. Now he never again went to the hospital, because asthma is gone from his body., This is another benefit of stroke therapy.
Efficacious
        Savor the Echinodermata phylum of marine animals have been known to many nations in the world for a long time. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), sea cucumbers have the complete nutritional content. Among the other nine types of carbohydrates, 59 kinds of fatty acids, 19 kinds of amino acids, 25 vitamins components, 10 types of minerals, and 5 types of sterols. All united to build immunity and repair damaged cells.
        Rapid cell regeneration ability of sea urchins, so can treat various diseases, said Dr. Pieter Pattinama, former director of PGI Cikini Hospital, Jakarta. Cell regeneration in the human body is ongoing. Pancreatic cells are defective in people with diabetes cucumbers updated by antioxidants. Cure diabetes also thanks to the presence of insulin boosters mineral chromium. These minerals work by absorbing the excess glucose in the blood and tissues absorb glucose into the blood more quickly.

THERAPY FDC (Fixed-Dose Combination) TO TB PATIENTS

THERAPY FDC (Fixed-Dose Combination) TO TB PATIENTS

(Natalia Ni Putu O.P.S.D. - 078 115 061)

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease directly caused by the bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis). Most of the TB germs attack the lungs but can also on other organs. Currently TB is still a very important health issue. WHO report of 2004 data shows that in 2003 there were 8.8 million new TB cases, 3.9 million are sputum smear (smear Basil) is positive, the prevalence of 16.2 million with 1.9 million deaths annually. Indonesia is a country with a TB case in the world's third largest after India and China. In 2002 the reported number of cases with smear-positive TB in India is 1,820,369 people, 1,447,947 Chinese in Indonesia and 581 847 people.

TB treatment is given in two stages, namely intensive and continuation phases. In the intensive phase (early) patients received a daily basis and need to be monitored directly in order to prevent the occurrence of drug resistance. When the intensive phase of treatment is given correctly, the patient usually becomes contagious infectious within two weeks. The majority of smear positive TB patients became smear negative within 2 months. In the advanced stage patients received fewer medications but within a longer period of time. Advanced stages it is important to kill the germs persistent so as to prevent recurrence.

The type and nature of Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT), namely: (a) Isoniazid (H) is bakterisid, (b) Rifampicin (R) is bakterisid, (c) Pyrazinamide (Z) is bakterisid, (d) Streptomycin (S) is bakterisid , (e) Ethambutol (E) is bacteriostatic. OAT provision tailored to the patient's condition with its own rules of use. There are two categories of alloys OAT in Indonesia, namely: (a) Category I: 2 (HRZE) / 4 (HR) 3, (b) category II: 2 (HRZE) S / (HRZE) / 5 (HR) 3E3. Category I is given to new patients smear-positive pulmonary TB, smear-negative pulmonary TB patients chest X-ray positive, extra-pulmonary TB patients. Category II is given to smear-positive TB patients who had been treated previously.

Along with the development of knowledge in pharmacology, has now created a combination tablet, known as OAT OAT "fixed-dose combination" or for short-OAT FDC (FDC are often called). With the FDC is expected TB patient compliance in taking OAT can be improved so that it will improve the patient's recovery.

Symptom

TB disease have symptoms as follows: btuk continuously and phlegm for 3 weeks or more, bloody sputum, shortness of breath and chest pain, weakness, decreased appetite, weight loss, night sweats, although not active, fever fever of more than 1 month.

Target

As for the targeted treatment of TB disease is the bacteria causing the disease is Mycobacterium tuberculosis. These rod-shaped germ, resistant to acid therefore also called Basil Hold acid (BTA). In addition the bacteria living in areas with high oxygen content, so the place is a lung primary.

Purpose

By providing the FDC TB patients are expected to be easier in patients taking OAT due to fewer number of tablets. Moreover, it can minimize the side effects of OAT. This is because the formula FDC dose weight-adjusted drug the patient and the number of components that must be taken of the patient. With the FDC, the level of patient compliance in taking medication to be higher due to the influence of mental patients from seeing the number of tablets to be taken, not as much compared with the provision of OAT in separate tablets.

Therapeutic Strategies

Therapeutic strategy for TB disease is known as the DOTS strategy (Directly Observed Treatment Short-course). This therapeutic strategy recommended by WHO in 1995 as penganggulangan TB. DOTS consists of five components, namely (a) political commitment, (b) microscopic examination of sputum quality assured, (c) short-term treatment standards for all TB cases with the proper treatment of cases, including the direct supervision of treatment, (d) guarantee OAT availability of quality, (e) recording and reporting system that is able to provide an assessment of patient outcomes and overall program performance. The main focus of DOTS is the discovery and recovery of patients, priority is given to the type of infectious TB patients. This strategy will decide the transmission of TB and thus reduce the incidence of TB in the community.

In the DOTS strategy, TB treatment is done either by providing a separate OAT in tablet-OAT and the provision of FDC. Both types of OAT can be obtained at the health services include health centers, government hospitals and private hospitals lung, Clinical Centre of Lung Diseases (BP4), other medical clinics and private practice physician. In Indonesia OAT is provided free of charge and availability is guaranteed by the government. In addition TB patients are also required to have a PMO (Drinking Drugs Controller) so as to ensure compliance in patients taking OAT. Every TB patient should have a medical card and identity card of the patient. Both cards are obtained when patients seek treatment at health care units. The second function is as a report card on patient outcomes so that the course of treatment can be well controlled.

Choice of drugs

The types of FDC tablets are grouped into two, namely: FDC FDC for adults and for children. FDC tablet comprising a tablet for adults and 2FDC 4FDC. 4FDC tablets contain 4 kinds of drugs are: 75 mg Isoniasid (INH), rifampicin 150 mg, 400 mg Pyrazinamide, and Ethambutol 275 mg. These tablets are used for daily treatment in intensive phase and for the inserts. 2 FDC tablets contain two kinds of drugs are: 150 mg Isoniasid (INH) and rifampicin 150 mg. These tablets are used for the treatment of intermittent 3 times a week in advanced stages. Both tablets and tablet 4FDC 2FDC gift tailored to patient weight. To complement the available category II regimens of other drugs, namely: tablets @ 400 mg ethambutol and streptomycin injection (@ 750 mg vial).

FDC tablets untu children consisted of tablets and 2FDC 3FDC. Both types of tablets given to TB patients aged children 0-14 years old. 3FDC tablets contain three kinds of drugs are: INH 30 mg, 60 mg rifampicin, 150 mg and Pyrazinamide. These tablets are used for daily treatment in the intensive phase. 2FDC tablets contain two kinds of drugs are: 30 mg 600 mg INH and Rifampin. These tablets are used for treatment every day in the advanced stages. Similarly, the administration in adult patients, giving the number of FDC in pediatric patients is also tailored to the child's weight.

Dose and the rules of use FDC weight-adjusted patients. For adult TB patients in category I can be seen in the table below.

For another group of patients with BB, the dose adjusted by the number of tablets taken, for example, for patients who require only 2 tablets, also only requires two injections sterptomisisn ml (1 ml = 250 mg. For patients over 60 years old given injections of streptomycin maximum of 500 mg / day. Injection streptomycin was given after the patients completed the drug ingestion.

If at the end of intensive phase of TB treatment in patients with positive sputum smear conversion does not happen then inserts a given OAT 4FDC tablet every day for 28 days.

OAT-FDC are available in blister packs. There are 28 tablets per blister. 4FDC and 2FDC tablets packed in a box containing 24 blisters @ 28 tablets. For ethambutol 400 mg tablets packaged in a box contains 24 blister @ 28 tablets. Streptomisisn injection packaged in a box containing 50 vials @ 750 mg. Required for the use of streptomycin injection aquabidest and 5 ml disposable syringe and sterile needles. Aquabidest available in @ 5 ml vial packaged in a box containing 100 vials.

Side effect of OAT-FDC generally similar to side effects from the use of OAT in separate tablets. Some side effects that appear in the form of loss of appetite, nausea, sometimes accompanied by vomiting, abdominal pain, joint pain, itching and redness of the skin, tingling to a burning sensation in the feet, balance disorders. Besides the side effects of hepatotoxicity may occur due to a hypersensitivity reaction or an overdose. Side effect of OAT is expected to occur in approximately 3-6% of patients who received treatment with the FDC. If the FDC is known with certainty that the cause of side effects as mentioned previously and the drug can not be returned, then the patient is given OAT in the form of a separate tablet (OAT kombipak).

TB treatment should be considered for patients who are in special conditions such as pregnant patients, patients with certain diseases such as diabetes, kidney failure, have a chronic liver disorder. For the treatment of TB in pregnant women to consider the use of streptomycin. Streptomycin can not be used in pregnancy. This is because streptomycin is ototoxic permanent and can penetrate the placenta barrier. This situation can result in hearing loss and balance that settled on the baby to be born.

DM patients should always be controlled in response to treatment. If the patient is also suffering from tuberculosis should be considered in the use of rifampicin, as rifampicin may reduce the effectiveness of oral antidiabetika sulfonyl urea goals that need to increase the dose antidiabetika. DM patients are receiving anti-insulin diabetic retinopathy complications sometimes occur, therefore it should be noted for pemberia ethambutol because it can aggravate the incident.

TB patients with kidney failure should not use streptomycin and ethambutol in the treatment. This is because both drugs are excreted through the kidneys. If it be possible that the drug can not be excreted from the body due to the inability of the kidneys. The result would cause toxic effects in the body. Therefore, it can be given treatment with INH, rifampin, and pyrazinamide for TB patients with renal failure. All three drugs are excreted in the bile and can be converted into compounds that are not toxic. OAT alloy is safest to TB patients with renal failure is 2HRZ/4HR.

TB treatment in patients with chronic liver disorders could be done if the patient has liver examination. If the value of SGOT and SGPT increased more than 3 times the OAT is administered and when it is in the treatment should be stopped. If the increase is less than 3 times the treatment can still be done with strict supervision. Patients with liver disorders should not be given pyrazinamide. OAT alloys are recommended for TB patients with liver disorders that 2RHES/6RH or 2HES/10HE.

Prevention of TB disease can be done with a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious foods and regular, adequate rest, regular exercise, avoid smoking, alcoholic beverages, drugs, avoid stress. Then to prevent the transmission of TB, the TB patients are expected to cover mouth when coughing and not spit in any place. Other prevention efforts is to make immunization BCG (Bacillus Calmette-Guerin) which will provide active immunity to TB disease. In addition keep the immune system are also important in anticipation of TB disease. With a strong immune system is not easy to develop opportunistic infections (TB).

Not only the anniversary of the AIDS who have TB but also have the anniversary which falls on March 24. This year's anniversary of the world TB Day theme of "Every Breath Counts, Stop TB now". This theme emphasizes the word "breath" which means not only respiration, but also the center of all human activities. So, if the "breath" broken man because of TB it will damage the whole of human activity. This theme is reminiscent of the dangers of TB and the urgency of its eradication.

Use of inhaled corticosteroids THERAPY IN ASTHMA

Asthma is a disease caused due to inflammation / chronic inflammation of the respiratory tract with features such as periodic acute attacks, shortness of breath, wheezing easily, accompanied by cough and sputum hypersecretion, as well as 'wheeze' in patients who have severe asthma. Number of patients with asthma from year to year has increased quite high, so that appropriate treatment is necessary and proper in order not to cause death.

Asthma can occur due to the increased sensitivity of smooth muscle around airways somebody normal airways compared to non-specific stimuli is inhaled from the air, which in healthy people do not give a reaction in the respiratory tract such as changes in temperature, cold, air pollution (cigarette smoke), etc. . Moreover, it can also occur due to allergic reactions, or because of respiratory tract infections that can cause inflammation / airway inflammation that further narrowing in asthma patients again.
PENTATALAKSANAAN THERAPY
Therapeutic target in asthma patients using inhaled corticosteroids are airway inflammation and asthma symptoms. Asthma therapy here aims to inhibit or reduce inflammation and respiratory tract and to prevent or control asthma symptoms, making asthma symptoms diminished / disappeared and the patient remains able to breathe properly.
Asthma therapy strategies can be divided into two non-pharmacological therapy (without medication) and pharmacological therapy (with drugs).
Non-Pharmacological Therapy
For non-pharmacological therapies, can be done with regular exercise, such as swimming. Some think that by swimming, symptoms of shortness of breath will be increasingly rare. This may be due to swim, patients are required to take a deep breath-length, which serves for breathing exercises, so that the respiratory muscles become stronger. In addition, over time the patient will get used to the cold air, thereby reducing the incidence of asthma symptoms. But this exercise should be done gradually and with the condition of the patient.
Moreover, it can be given an explanation to the patient in order to avoid or keep away from known factors that can cause asthma, as well as the handling of what to do if an asthma attack occurs.
Pharmacological Therapy
As for the pharmacological therapy, can be divided into two types of treatment are:

* Quick-relief medicines, the treatment used to relax the muscles in the respiratory tract, allowing patients to breathe, to ease breathing, and is used as an asthma attack (asthma attack). An example is a bronchodilator.

* Long-term medicines, the medication used to treat inflammation of the respiratory tract, reduces edema and excessive mucus, provide control for a long time, and is used to help prevent the onset of an asthma attack (asthma attack). An example is corticosteroids inalasi form.
Asthma medications used include bronchodilators (simpatomimetika: salbutamol, metilsantin: theophylline, anticholinergics: apratropium bromide), corticosteroids (prednisolone, budesonide, etc.) and other medicines as an expectorant (guaifenesin), mukolitik (bromheksin), antihistamines ( ketotifen), and antileukotrien (zafirlukast). To maximize the treatment of asthma are commonly used combination of drugs. Asthma medications are available in various dosage forms, ie oral, parenteral, and inhalation. But that will be discussed further here is a form of inhaled corticosteroids.
Inhaled corticosteroids
Corticosteroids are found in several dosage forms including oral, parenteral, and inhalation. The discovery of fat-soluble corticosteroid (lipid-soluble) such as beclomethasone, budesonide, flunisolide, fluticasone, and triamcinolone, corticosteroids makes it possible to deliver this to the airways with minimal systemic absorption. Inhaled corticosteroids have the advantage that it is administered in small doses directly into the respiratory tract (local effects), so it does not cause serious systemic side effects. Usually, if the use of inhaled corticosteroids is not sufficient then administered orally, or administered in conjunction with other drugs (a combination of, for example with bronchodilators). Inhaled corticosteroids can not cure asthma. In most patients, asthma will recur several weeks after stopping use of inhaled corticosteroids, although the patients had used inhaled corticosteroids at high doses for 2 years or more. Single inhaled corticosteroids are not effective for first aid on a severe acute attack.
Here are examples of inhaled corticosteroids are available in Indonesia, among others:Generic name trade name in Indonesia Preparations Dosage Forms and DosageBeclomethasone dipropionate Becloment (beclomethasone dipropionate 200μg / dose) Inhalation Aerosol Inhalation aerosol: 200μg, 2 times seharianak: 50-100 mg 2 times a dayBudesonide Pulmicort (budesonide
100 mcg, 200 mcg, 400 mcg / dose)AerosolSerbuk inhalation aerosol inhalation Inhalation: 200 mg, 2 times sehariSerbuk inhalation: 200-1600 mg / day in terbagianak dose: 200-800 mg / day in divided dosesFluticasone Flixotide (fluticasone propionate50 mcg, 125 mcg / dose) Inhalation Aerosol Adults and children> 16 years: 100-250 mg, 2 times sehariAnak 4-16 years: 50-100 mg, 2 times a day
Dose for each individual patient may differ, so it should be further consulted with the doctor, and do not stop the use of corticosteroids in person, must gradually with dose reduction.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
Corticosteroids work by blocking the enzyme phospholipase-A2, thus inhibiting the formation of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. In addition it serves to reduce mucus secretion and inhibit the inflammatory process. Corticosteroids could not relax the airway smooth muscle directly, but by reducing the reactivity of smooth muscle surrounding the airways, improving airway circulation, and reduce the frequency of severity of asthma if used regularly.
INDICATIONS
Inhaled corticosteroids is regularly used to control and prevent asthma symptoms.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Contraindicated for patients with hypersensitivity to corticosteroids.
SIDE EFFECTS
Side effects of corticosteroids ranged from a low, bad, until death. This depends on the route, dose, and frequency of administration. Side effects of oral corticosteroids is greater than the inhaled. On oral administration may cause cataracts, osteoporosis, inhibit growth, affect the central nervous system and mental disorders, as well as increase the risk of infection. Inhaled corticosteroids are generally more secure, because the side effects often arise locally as candidiasis (yeast infection because candida) around the mouth, dysphonia (difficulty speaking), sore throat, throat irritation, and coughing. These side effects can be avoided by rinsing after use of inhalation preparations. Systemic side effects may occur with high doses of inhaled corticosteroids that inhibited growth in children, osteoporosis, and karatak.
SPECIAL RISKS
In children, the use of high doses of inhaled corticosteroids showed a slightly slower growth in children, but asthma itself can also delay puberty, and there is no evidence that inhalation kortikosteriod can influence adult height.
Avoid the use of corticosteroids in pregnant women, because it is teratogenic.
HOW TO USE inhalers

* Prior to breathe, get rid of all of the breath, as much as possible

* Take the inhaler, then shake

* Hold the inhaler, the inhaler so that the mouth is located at the bottom

* Put the inhaler with a distance less than two fingers in front of the mouth (do not put our mouths are too close to the mouth inhaler)

* Open your mouth and take a deep breath slowly and deeply, along with pressing the inhaler (the time when a deep breath and press the inhaler is an important time for the medication to work effectively)

* Immediately after the drug came in, hold breath for 10 seconds (if it does not take hours, you should count silently from one to ten)

* After that, if it still needed to breathe again repeated as outlined above, according to the rules of use prescribed by a doctor

* When finished, rinse or gargle with water to prevent possible side effects....
